How can I make my job more interesting?

How can i make my husband to start looking for a job and stop drinking and smoking?

• Hi. I am 21 year old girl who got married 10 months ago and living with my partner who left his job 1 month after marriage and he is not doing job since then. And he use to drink all night and sleep in the morning. If I say him to stop drinking and go for work, he goes to his friend's room and stay there all the night and return home in the next day afternoon. I didnt say all this to anyone in my family or his family. He bet me twice when he was drunk. He is getting money by taking loan on my gold jewelery. And spends it like anything. How to make him quit drinking and smoking and how to make him go for a job. He gave only 2 interviews in the past 9 months that too 2 moths back, but he was not selected. I cant tolerate this anymore. I have lot of patience but he tested my patience and now i cant tolerate this anymore. what should i do? I have talked to him so many times to stop drinking. But he is not listening and drinking even more. I have searched jobs for him and asked him to see. He told that he dont want to see. I have been hiding everything from my parents and inlaws. He is not even trying for a job. He always switch off his mobile. and dont respond when companies call him over phone. He takes alot of care of me. He always wants me to be happy. He use to look after me for everything. He dont want me to take all these tension and he say that i am like his daughter and he see me like that only with lot of love and affection. If he get angry he acts differently.

  Honey, as long as you stay with him, he KNOWS he can keep doing just what he's doing which is absolutely NOTHING. You ARE accepting the unacceptable with him!! He knows darn rite well he is NOT doing rite by you. He is not working, keeps drinking & smoking. Now he's taking YOUR jewelery to pay for HIS "pleasures" showing you NOTHING but disrespect. He is NOT showing you as his wife what a husband should be doing. He badly NEEDS one good "wake up call". You honestly should leave him, possibly THAT WILL shake him into knowing he'll loose you IF he doesn't start to show you the respect you deserve. He sees you like his daughter?!? These are NOT at all the feelings a husband should have for his own wife. That WAS a total insult against you. Again, STOP accepting the unacceptable from him & do something about it. Let him know you refuse to live the life you're now living with him. IF you can go live with your parents, honey, DO IT. I'm SURE they care about you, would NOT want their daughter to be taken advantage of. He needs that wake up call badly so you know which way to go for your future. You CANNOT & should not keep living the life you are with him. He does not deserve you or your love for him. He is making a mockery of you & your marriage. You MUST show him you mean business or it's all over. I'm SURE you CAN find someone who WILL love you for you & show you he does. Let him know you are leaving him until he turns his life around & IF he doesn't, it WILL end up in divorce court. The choice then will be on him as to your future with him.
