MARRIAGE & DIVORCE: What book or story have you read in your life, that seemed to *get* your marriage? :)?

  • I've never been married, but I finished reading Leo Tolstoy's novella "Family Happiness", and I sure learned a lot about the emotions that go into a marriage :-)

Stephen King wrote a very good novel that relates to marriage, The Fog. It will scare you to the point of never marrying.

That seems like a lot of work. Can't we just quote an article in some woman's magazine? To be honest, as a married woman of many years...I really don't put that much thought into our household dynamic. With 3 young kids, we are just trying to make it!

So, as a wedding gift to my wife and I, my grandmother gave us a book titled "Everything Your Spouse Knows About Sex & Marriage". Then you open the book and all of the pages are blank. Simply classic. I loved it!
