Will the housing authority get involved in a divorce case?
-
I am in the process of getting a divorce. I recently received an email that's forwarded from my attorney regarding a letter that he received from the plaintiff. The letter stated that my house is in an illegal status since someone is living down in the basement. Will the judge pass this case to the housing authority or someone will have to call the housing authority for them to get involved?

Answer:
.Find out from the Housing Authority if you're allowed to have people living as tenants in your home. Then correct this matter to your own satisfaction
