How can I improve my appearance?

I am too good looking for the likes of my wife; how can I get her to improve her appearance?

  • There is only one flaw in my appearance, and that is the wife I have standing beside me, but my love for her is such that I want to help her to improve her appearance so as to not detract from the handsome figure I cut. She is reluctant to work on herself, however, claiming her body is not what it used to be, that after four kids and working a full time job, as well as keeping the house and yard, and caring for her aged parents, she has neither the energy nor inclination to worry too much that she is not the fresh faced beauty I fell in love with. Well, this precipitated a tantrum on my part, that she would be so selfish and self-centered. I do not think it is a very good bargain I am getting here; after all, she gets me, when I have to suffer with what she has become. How can I get her to see the error of her ways, and to properly love me as she should?

    I can tell by the answers you have gotten that not many people understand what it is like to be so damned good looking I have the same problem That man works two jobs to keep my bills paid but he has simply let himself go over the years Im ashamed to be seen in public with him anymore ***Sigh***

Tell her to take a sick day from work next week and send her to the spa. You take a sick day and stay home with the children, take care of her aged parents and do all the housework and cooking. She should look great standing next to you after that.

Just tell her how lovely she is, and brush her hair. Nothing makes anyone uglier than being told they're ugly, or not up to scratch. Few things make anyone more attractive than being appreciated.

Tell you what. You take over everything she does now, from taking care of the kids to running the household to looking after aged parents and whatever else, and you keep doing all of that for the same amount of years that she's been doing it so far, and this will give her all kinds of free time to work on her appearance. Sound good to you?
