Sometime I see guys saying stuff to girls but sometimes it looks like there teasing and sometimes it looks like there being jerks and I see girls having problems deciding which one is which. Whats the difference between them cause I might think its a tease and laugh about it and then they get mad at me

you only tease girls who are good friends with you cuz they already kno you. if you tease strangers that make you a jerk.

a very good question but I think if it is mildly teasing it is understood it is in fun but anything that is hurtful or may cause some one to be embarrassed has crossed the line just stop and think if they would find it funny or hurtfull good luck
