look her straight in the eye, with confidence and a sarcastic little chuckle, and tell her ' YOU SERIOUSLY need to get a life because you are wasting MY time and energy having to listen to your annoying little rants...if you want to talk crap then go to the bathroom and take a dump!!!!!" then turn around arounmd swiftly and walk away with a smile!!! Above all else....don't let her see it bothers you otherwise she will never stop. Morons like that get a kick out of getting a reaction from you. Put her in her place.

Hi Im Jacqueline. Im 13 so trust me I know all about mean girls. Here is what you do. Either totally ignore them, or get a group of friends and go tell them off. Tell them that nobody thinks they are cool or popular, or even pretty. and maybe if they were decent human beings they would be able to find some real friends. it works every time!!!!!! good luck and blessings jacqueline

What does she say, because there is always a witty comeback? I have a child who has girls that are mean to her. And although I tell her to confront the situation, she does not. She told me one day that the girls at her job were bumping into her trying to make her spill customers drinks, so I told her to go ahead and spill them the next time that they bump her, just make sure that she actually spills the drinks on them...preferably directly in the crotch area. They will quit bumping into her and then they will go home to change clothes from work, or walk around looking like they have pissed themselves. So she has killed two birds with one stone.
