Little People Get Together Reunion?

Need ideas for a reunion event... please read and answer, it wont take long! 10pts...?

• Hi! Basically i am planning on organising a reunion event for my primary school friends.. we left the school three years ago, and I havent spoken to a lot of them for a while, so i think a renuion event is in order. I organised a reunion last year for half of the year group, but I think it didnt sound exciting enough, because out of the 18-20 people we asked, only seven turned up. Two people (one of which was one of the cheif organisers) got back to us saying they really really wanted to come but they had arrangements on that day, and another two people overslept, but they had told us they were coming beforehand, and other people just didnt come. I dont know wether they could make it or not. But so this year, I would like to organise another one, with the whole year group this time, (I guess I could probably get hold of about 40 people, as opposed to the 20 last year. Maybe I could get hold of fifty, maximum) But i think we need to make the idea of a reunion more appealing, so my friend suggested we make it some kind of event, like a picnic or something. I think the concept is good, but a picnic sounds a bit babyish. I thought a BBQ would be cool, but seeing as we're having it down the local park, and none of us can really work a BBQ, (we're mostly all 14, but there are a few 13 year olds) it probably isnt ideal. Has anyone got any other ideas for an activity we can do that is cool, fun and reasonably cheap. I think me and my friends would chip in a bit of cash if we really had to (Maybe about £15 altogether) which could cover food or something, but i dont think food alone is a big enough draw. Sensible comments only, please, and thanks! :)

  See u have to kinda beg them that they have to come for sure !! and u should all contribute $15 each! u can hire a cook for BBQ u can atleast try .!! u can ask for donations from houses.. like go to them and ask.! u should have an awesome DJ ..
