What is the most reputable acting school for children in the US?

Why is my best friend acting like this to me? (TWO different VERY long stories) Please read tho! Going Crazy!?

• okay these are going to be two different long stories about the same friend. My best friend, lets call her Emily, is 22 and I am fixing to turn 22 in June. FIRST STORY: Well Emily still lives at her parents house far, far out of town. Since she has two jobs in town she stays with me alot of the time in my apartment. She pays for nothing and I have only asked her once in the year I have been at these apartments. Okay so, she has two jobs. She works nights from like 6-11 or 12 with her mom and they clean big businesses. Then she works with me at a hotel in the day time. Emily has no bills, her car is completely paid for, her insurance is on her parents which they pay, her cellphone is paid by her parents since shes on their plan and she has no rent payments. She has NO children either. She gets paid bi-weekly by both jobs. Which is about 800-1000 a month in checks. So last week I asked her to help with the water bill I got because we just got paid. It would be 30$ from both of us and she said she didnt have the money to do that. Then one day after we got done working at the hotel one of the woman that worked with us asked for a ride home and Emily said okay. This woman lives seriously right behind my apartments. She lives 30 seconds away from me and her apartment is even on the way to my apartment! you have to pass her apartment to get to mine. Well, this woman has only this one job and is struggling really bad, has trouble getting food in the house and all that and she has two kids. She is a single mom too and Emily asked her for gas money when we stopped at the gas station on the way home. So the woman gave Emily her last two dollars she has to eat on. When Emily went inside the store to pay, I gave two dollars of mine back to the woman and told her to not give Emily any gas money because she is not going out of her way to take her home at all and she works two jobs and has NO responsibilities whatsoever! She is always like that though, greedy with money. She asks like she has no money at all but when we went to get our checks cashed the other day she pulled out an envelope out of her purse with about almost 400$ in it and said she forgot she had it. Recently I almost got evicted because my financial aid for college got messed up (which is how i pay my rent) well i asked her if she could help me out with 100$ for now so i could have some money to give my landlord and still have money to buy my baby diapers and wipes and she said no and this is the same day she found the 400 in her purse. I have NEVER borrowed money from her before but I have my other family members and she know I ALWAYS pay back. She stays in my apartment rent free, takes showers and cooks food whenever she wants and has NO bills or children but doesnt help me at all when i am about to loose my house and I have a baby!! She constantly acts like I cant do what she can do also. Like I have been really scared about paying my bills because since they messed up on my financial aid check I have to give all my money i get on my checks to my landlord for rent so they dont kick me out. I have no money left for my bills like water and electric. So when we were at the mall yesterday I saw a burger place was hiring and I said ohh they are hiring im going to get an application. Emily immediately said you already have a job. what are you going to do with it? I said keep it. then she said your going to have two jobs? I said yea im going to get two jobs so i can pay my bills. She then said you cant have two jobs. And i said why not? you do. and then Emily said well i dont have a baby and i dont go to school. And then i said so what? people do it all the time emily. i know people who have 4 kids, go to school and still have 3 jobs! She constantly puts my ideas down and acts like i cant do them. She was car shopping yesterday and I told her my plan for getting a car (cuz i dont have one yet) I told her in July when I can start saving my work checks again im going to save 200$ from each check then in October (when my apartment lease it up) I will have about 2000$ to spend on a car. Emily said you cant do that and i said why not and she said because you have no license and i said october is 5 months away and i have my permit just not my license, so in 5 months i think i can go take the driving test and then she said whatever. Why is she acting like that? Like i cant do anything? Like she is the only one who is strong enough to do it all? SECOND STORY: Me and Emily work together at the hotel like i said in the first story. We were hired and started on the SAME day so neither of us know more than the other. Well usually we work by ourselves and clean but lately since we have been real busy we team up to clean rooms. Well Emily has been getting VERY bossy with me. We have these cleaning carts we wheel around with us and the other day I found a dirty set of sheets in the hallway well I stuck them on a side of the cart and immediately after I did that Em
