How to deal wit double faced ppl ??

• I DNT CARE ABT WT OTHER PPL THINK .. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH for gods sake i've been dealin wit double faced ppl all ma life bt unill now i cnt accept the fact that (thats the way it is !! or this is life or u hv to learn how to be like them!! ) am really sick of these ppl who LIE and TALK ABT PPL BEHIND THEIR BACKS!!wt gets to me is u DNT have to do it! so y do u insist on doin it?! if u dnt like sum1 y do u bother talkin to them and suck up for them?? thats the way i am if i dnt like u i dnt deal wit u !! thats exactly y i dnt hv to kiss ur *** when ur there and stab u in the bck when ur not!!! AS SIMPLE AS THIS !! it’s either black or white.. if i dnt like u then i dnt deal wid u and that’s it! i cnt pretend anythin else.. am really sick of these ppl eeeeeeftttttttttt and i hv no clue how am suppose to deal wit such ppl!!! avoid them? ignore them? face them? am so mad right now :@ wt do u think i should do ?

  Whenever working with two-faced people I call it, then you should reall y take the time to cool down. From the looks of your message, it's apparent you're frustrated. Take a cooldown moment, and relax. Eat your favourite relaxing food and take a break and breathe in and out. Then talk through this with a very close friend that is not two-faced, you are bound to have at least one. They could help you talk it through, keep it mind you want an open-minded person who is not as frustrated as you are and can act as a third-party member. Hope you feel better!
