What sort of person plays on Yahoo answers?

Only those that infiltrate the site with meaningless/pointless/derogatory questions. Afterall, the main point of this site is to get answers, however, more and more 'saddo's' are ruining it for the genuine answer seekers.

we do this because there are some sensible people left in this world, i have had some great help for various things and its cheaper than going to buy books for everything, and also you can get advice from people in the same situation as yourself, your not a sad-do its the people that answer crudely that are the Sadie's

I think many kinds of people are attracted to this kind of site. Some are attention seekers looking to show how funny or smart they are. Some are competitive people who want to see how many best answers they can get or how high a level they can obtain. Some what to see if they can upset others and cause some kind of war of words just to stir the pot. Some are racists who want to spread their hate. Some are trying to spread messages (good and bad) of their beliefs and some are advertising things directly or indirectly. There are many kind and intelligent people who play here, but sadly many idiots as well. The ones I wish would stop playing here are the ones who always want to be racists and those who want to bash Americans (get a hobby and stop being so jealous). I don't think people who use Yahoo Answers are "saddos".

i dont think we are saddos we are getting answers to our questions and helping others with theirs it dose not matter what other people think as long as you enjoy yourself who cares what they think maybe they are the saddos lol

i tell people and they look atme sadly too... but others who do use it say they enjoy it and its very interesting and it has a lot of info... whenever i hav a question on m mind i come here... but the funny thing is the word saddo... lol... where did that word come from??
