What can I do for fun late Wednesday night in NYC?

Would you spend 100$ for one night fun time with friends in NYC.?

  • Hey Im 18 and a college freshman. I have a okay on-campus job that pays minimum wage. My good friend is celebrating her birthday in NYC and we live in new jersey. I live further away from majority of my friend and the other friends that are going to NYC too, so the train costs are more for me. I total up the amount I would spend to get to NYC, eat at restaurant called BBQ in time square, and train to get back to my home train station, then a taxi to my house. The amount is nearly $100 ! but I know I will have a fun time with them, and Im getting paid next friday thats not gonna be alot because i didnt work one day, but would you spend $100 for one night?

    Wow. I know how you feel. I'm moving to jersey soon and I know I will want to go back to Brooklyn and te city. I spent 500 on a trip to wildwood with my friends. I would spend 100 for a night. And Im not rich. I don't even have a job anymore but I would still do it. I'm 19btw.You have to Live young wild and free :)

Sounds to me that you're already convinced on going. Just make sure they don't think you are loaded, but at the same time don't be a burden. Go out and have fun. I would if the friend meant a lot to me.

I've spend triple that at a music festival! Yeah, I guess I would. Unless you can carpool with someone, share a taxi fee.
