Toys r us orientation?

What can i expect from toys r us orientation?

• I just got called for orientation, they told me to wear proper uniform which I already have, they didn't say how long it was or what we'll be doing, what should I expect?

  You can expect a two hour minimum orientation, give or take a few. The reason that they asked you wear a proper uniform is that you more than likely will be staying on after the forms and W-2's are filled out to commence working. This is their busiest season, and the work will be continuous for about the next 6 weeks or so, this will be your shot at making an impression, if you plan on staying on with them after the holidays. This is a solid company and raises do come in increments. Managers receive bonuses depending on their stores goals and whether they meet them or not. Something you can consider since you already have obtained a job. Hard work is very appreciated with this company. Something you should be very proud of, no doubt.
