How can I get a cashier job at Sephora?

• I really LOVE makeup and beauty products and I want to work at Sephora!! I don't really know a lot about the beauty products at Sephora because it's just bit out of my price range but I do occasionally buy perfume or make-up from there. I'm a 16 year old high school student and I've never had a job except for babysitting. I know I shouldn't aim to high because I'm not exactly qualified...but I would just like to work IN the store somehow, just to have some experience. I'm very good with people and I am prepared for the dress code and presenting myself professionally... Can anyone tell me how to get a part-time job at Sephora?? THANKS!

  get cashier experience somewhere else first.. 6 to 8 months should be enough. you need to prove you can show up for scheduled shifts and keep care of a store and handle money before you can get a job at a place where so many people will want to work. think of the staff discount!! i got a job selling cell phones for commission with experience as a cashier in a hardware store. you just need to prove yourself to be responsible and accountable.
