How to return an item to the store?

Can I return a "Not Sold in Stores" item at local Walmart store?

  • I bought an item at the local walmart a few months ago, didn't use it, so i have the box and packaging, but NO receipt. I checked online and the price hasnt dropped, but its a summer item, so its not "sold in stores" anymore, as in its only available online. Can I still return this item for cash or store credit? i go there all the time, anyway!

  • Answer:

    You can try, but the Walmart's around here have gotten really strict about having the receipt for returns.
