Does USPS deliver mail the day after Thanksgiving?

Will USPS still deliver my package if my mail already came for the day?

  • So i order a package last week and 4 days ago, it said that it left Honolulu. It is now 4 days later and it still says the same thing. But on the selected features it says Expected Delivery by: July 25. But my mail has already came today. Can it still be delivered today or will it end up being late?

  • Answer:

    It won't be delivered until tomorrow or later. Packages get delivered same as all other mail, or they give you a parcel slip you have to take to the post office. Either way, it won't come today.

packages and mail come by two different systems. it can still come today, but there is a chance it will be late.

UPS delivers all day everyday. It doesn't matter if the mail already came, since UPS is separate from the US Postal Service. Also, it may say expected date July 25, but there is a chance it will come tomorrow. It's not exact.

USPS is an independently owned company and not affiliated with the regular mail (or that's what I've heard), so it might. It's hard to say =/ I hope it comes today though.
