Does the post still deliver in China?

Fedex couldnt deliver package on december 26th so they gave it to the post office?

  • so i ordered stuff and it said it would be delivered to my work on the 26th. well no one has seen it or had to sign for it, so i called fedex. they say they couldnt deliver it here so they gave it to the post office to deliver it!! and as we know if the post office delivers something then no one has to sign for it. so the fedex tracking says it was delivered. the post office says it was delivered. they are going to ask their delivery guy tomorrow, but it this crap or what?? now i might be out 40 bucks cuz fedex gave it to the post office and didnt have anyone sign for it. am i wrong for being mad? what should i do, they said no one is to blame im thinking yeah FEDEX!!

    call the company you ordered the items from! they should be able to send you a replacement package! i work at a online store... i do costumer service... and we do ship out fedex... so ive dealt with them often.. . what you should of done is called the comany... have THEM set a claim with fed ex and have THEM send you a replacement package! belive me you can get ANYTHING by complaining! so just keep complaining! talked to a manager

I don't know why anyone uses them myself. If you want delivery confirmation or signature confirmation, the postal service can do that and it still will normally be much cheaper. Fedex is pretty much on the hook for the money if you don't get it. Don't let them slide, it is their choice to drop it off at the PO and if they can't prove you received it, they should make it good.
