Which bank should I work for: US Bank or Wells Fargo?

Is Wells Fargo a good bank to work for?

  I have a primary banking account with Wachovia who was just recently bought out by Wells Fargo. I actually have a joint bank account (for 2 years now) that me and my fiance share at Wells Fargo. Everytime I go in to that branch I always see the crew having a good time together. People who like their jobs and show it are generally happy with where they work because of the policies, management, coworkers, and procedures. I have never actually worked at Wells Fargo and I imagine that some branches could be different then others regarding the atmosphere. I would suggest walking in there as a customer and just observing how it feels to you. How management treats employees can make or break a job deal. Bank jobs are really smart jobs to have. There is a lot of potential growth plus you get a lot of holidays off! Good luck!
