IS THIS A LEGITIMATE MODELING AGENCY?

Is this modeling agency legitimate or not?

  • Well I made my free portfolio on models.com about a month ago. Different agencies can see it. I just opened an email last night from November 11th from an agent who viewed my portfolio on models.com. I was so excited! His name is James Fabius and he owns "Fortunity Enterprises, a boutique modeling agency". In this message he told me to contact him and send him my contact information if I'm really serious about modeling. All the models he works with are based in NYC and he would be willing to go there to meet me! He lives in Stamford Connecticut. So I called him and talked to him last night for almost 50 minutes! He asked me to add him on facebook so he could see my facebook snapshots. He said I look like a "cute girl". He also said I have "cute pictures". I started to worry a little, especially since this just seemed too good to be true...literally. And he said he's a "legit agent". He also said "I'm diggin your pictures". Sounds a little odd. Is this man a real agent?

  • Answer:

He site seems pretty fishy. Is there anyway you can bring someone else along with you? Definitely proceed with caution.
