How to send an item through USPS?

Package delivered, but USPS never got the signature that I paid for and item never scanned!?

• I sold a valuable item online. Had limited funds for shipping, so had to ship USPS Parcel Post. I fully insured the item, and paid for Signature and Delivery Confirmation. The item was delivered on day 14. It is now day 31. Still doesn't show that it was delivered, however I got an e-mail with a PDF file stating that they had no delivery information to send me. I PAID for SIGNATURE confirmation, because it is REQUIRED for liability reasons when selling valuable items online -- both as buyer and seller protection. At least I know that the item was delivered, because I have been in contact with the buyer (who has been fantastic) and she has sent me pictures proving that she has the item. So what is the next step? This is the last time that I ship anything USPS Parcel Post. Very disappointed!!! I ship live birds thru USPS all the time and have NEVER had ANY trouble (this particular package was not a live bird btw). Lesson learned.

  I know what you mean! Im from Australia, and i bought an item from a seller from iOffer, and the packaged arrived a week later, only to realise that the second DVD box had NO discs in it! Though it was in priority shipping. So i told the seller of what happened, and he wasn' to happy to hear about it, and im thinking he may think im lying about it, but seriously am not! Nonetheless he has sent it a few days ago, so now i have to wait another week. But USPS does seem a little dodgy in a sense, i mean how could a DVD not be in a box? Or ,maybe perhaps it was the sellers fault, but i still have my suspicions from the services.
