• on 20th. January 2009 I have same airway bill with the sender Mr ROBERT address 7 Dock way, Sefton Business Park London, T40 4RT United Kingdom,Ph +447031806595 .(i'm so surprise same address but different name of sender around this column) DR. EDWARD JENNER Management of Eagle courier service in UK 5x email me delivery updated info that my parcel can arrive to Malaysia 2day from the dated posted, b4 my parcel in Malaysia arrive but after that Un-responsible because Until now also i couldn't get my parcel without any document details & they never feedback 2 me the status of my parcel situation as they promise Safe delivery service to my doorSTep! i ask the agent when i can get my parcel but there's so many reason said about Custom Loyal Malaysia hold my parcel. As i spoke 2Custom Loyal Malaysia..Our custom here very fair & never hold the parcel without any document detail & "NO CHARGE" for the item sender send 2me. The agent told me that my parcel in Sabah but the things is i'm stay in Penang, Malaysia not Sabah, Malaysia . Eagle courier service agent (UK man) here in Malaysia ask me 2 pay 500 USD (RM 1820) but until now after bank in to indian guy personal account.. (Y Should i pay 2 personal account & not to the company name) i still cant get my parcel. I suspect something is going on play a fool. & the agent ask again 4 the RM3500 x rate USD 3.66. I refer to the Custom Loyal Malaysia "There's NO CHARGE for the parcel ". This is not Safe delivery service as management eagle courier said. Please search for me is it real or fake & advise ;(
