    If the package has been picked up and you have been issued a tracking number from EMS, then you should be able to track it online within 12-24 hrs. If not, give them a call.

Normally, if you get your tracking number you should able to check straight away. I guess you got scammed. I have been order computer part from website call alibaba.com with GOLD MEMBER VERIFY call HAONING HEFEI TRADING CO.,LTD. I paid 504$ on 1oct and now the company was disperse on Alibaba website. I've complain to alibaba now 3 weeks already alibaba still not do any thing only request my document to proved I have been contact this company. So would to warn you stay away from Alibaba.com site because a lot of scammed and if you lose money 0% chance to get your money back cos Alibaba is fail of protection buyer. However, you can check your tracking number as below; http://www.ems.com.cn/ Good Luck!

I'm already in my 6th day and still cannot see mine. From Israel to Georgia Tbilisi. by car it would have been here 2 days ago.......
