Can I use a simon mall gift card to buy things on ebay?

You can use it at Simon Malls...it is not a credit card in any way, simply a gift card you need to use in stores. If you want to buy things on line, you need to buy a gift card for that specific store. Most gift cards, even say from Visa, can't be used for online purchases.
