When will Target have the 75% off Christmas items?

• My friend shops at Target a lot, but somehow, she is always buying things for 75% off. I would pay $15 dollars and she would buy it for $3 or 4 dollars. Whenever I go to target I try looking for clearance items, but I can't what I need and the price she gets it for. Do you know when clearance season is? Or when items go 75% or more off?

  It just all varies! Items are marked clearance on a daily basis. They initially start and 15-30% off and will then increase to 50%, then finally 75%. That's only if the items hang around long enough. A lot of times if the store has a lot of a particular clearance item in stock it will get marked 75% off because they are just trying to get rid of the merchandise. Generally the clearance is put on the back end-cap displays in each perspective department. The best strategy is to walk along all the back end-caps and to go in the morning before lunch because otherwise people generally snatch up all the good stuff! I know that's not extremely helpful but you just basically have to shop frequently and keep your eyes peeled to get the best deals. I'm a Target clearance queen, my whole house is full of my bargain buys, lol. Though I do have quite the advantage since I use to work there.
