You can try Posting signs on the community bulletin boards at your local supermarkets. All supermarkets have them and it's free! Just remember to include on your signs, a photo of the dress, the price or "make offer"; and lastly - your telephone number. It may be a good idea to first go by the supermarkets to look on the community bulletin boards to see how everyone else does it. The only other free way is Craigslist, which the ads are free.
