How much is a prepaid credit card at kmart?

Will Kmart fire you for not being able to sell Sears credit cards?

• My friend got a job at Kmart a couple months ago. She has to ask several questions to each of the customers: things like donating to the March of Dimes, sending coupons to customer's email, and applying for a Sears credit card. She has gotten a decent amount of customer emails, and a great deal of donations, but no credit cards. Recently, she's been telling me that they have been pressuring her to sell credit cards more than normal, and she's worried that they will fire her because customers don't want to apply for credit. Is that likely (her being fired for lack of card sales) or is she worrying for nothing? Does Kmart have a quota for the amount of Sears credit cards an employee must sell in a certain time frame? Anybody been in this situation before? Thank you for your time!

  Unless you have a union contract or have a contract with your employer you can be fired at will. Your employer doesn't need a reason to fire you. ..
