So i ordered two hoodies from oldnavy online and here is the history of the package from when it was picked up Nov 18,2011 7:00pm Shipment information sent to FedEx Nov 19,2011 9:55am Arrived at FedEx location (FedEx smartpost Atlanta,GA) Nov 19,2011 6:45pm Departed FedEx location (FedEx smartpost Atlanta,GA) Nov 21,2011 10:25am Arrived at FedEx location (Fed Ex smartpost Charlotte,NC) Nov 21,2011 10:01pm Departed FedEx location (FedEx smartpost Charlotte,NC) Nov 21,2011 12:00am Shipment information sent to U.S. Postal Service (Greensboro,NC) I am just wondering it says estimated delivery date Nov 25,2011 but i paid for 2-5 day delivery GROUND and they sent it this smartpost crap

You should get it today. If you don't get it today, check your mailbox, they sometimes stuff those items in mailboxes.

Since the shipment information was sent to the Post Office yesterday, the package will probably be turned over to the Post Office today, and they will attempt delivery either today or tomorrow. If you have questions once it gets to the Post Office - call 1-800-AskUSPS. Check with your shipper regarding the delivery system they have used - you might try asking for a refund. Wouldn't give you a high probability of success, but you can always ask.
