Can a postman or someone who works for the post office help me please?

hi im just trying to work out when my parcel will arrive this is what it says on the post office track & trace: 16-10-2009 21:43 National Hub - Sorted in hub 16-10-2009 10:38 International Hub - En route to delivery depot 14-10-2009 19:13 International Hub - AWAITING CUSTOMS CHARGING 14-10-2009 19:13 International Hub - Arrived in destination country 10-10-2009 19:51 Delivery Agent - SHANGHAI - PTT Left origin country 10-10-2009 13:07 Delivery Agent - CHINA - Collected from customer im just not sure what national hub - sorted in hub means?

You should receive your item usually within 3~5 Days after it has cleared Customs.
