How can I cheaply and effectively promote my new eBay shop?

Is this shop on ebay legitimate?

• Okay I'm not sure if anyone else out there has come across this or not, but there's an ebay shop I stumbled across on ebay that is currently selling Playstation 3's. Now normally that wouldn't be unusual, just another place selling stuf on the net, except for the prices at which these items are being offered. This ebay shop is offering Playstation 3's at prices of $0.99 to start, free of shipping. The name of the ebay store is EGA Online, it can be easily found by google searching for it, since I'm certain that posting a link may be taboo. I am very curious as to how they are able to offer such an expensive product at such a low price. The page says these were used as display models at a convention of some sort, but I still see no logic in selling these consoles at such a discount.

  I don't know if they're legitimate or not - it's best to check the feedback score and comments. I can tell you that starting the bidding at $0.99 is pretty normal for a lot of items. It's cheaper to list something starting at a lower starting point and looks cheaper in search results. You have to realize it won't stay at 99 cents. Once the bidding gets going, the price will come up to a more believable level. Check some of their further-along listings and see how they end up. Now, if you're saying 99 cents is the "buy it now" price, that would be something else!
