Is it safe to buy things on eBay from china?

How do you use the Western Union to buy from eBay?

  • I want to get something off eBay, and i don't want to use PayPal to buy it so the seller said i can use the western union. The problem is, I have NO CLUE whatsoever on what that means. Can someone help me please? Thanks so much! Also, i am buying two things, one of them is form china and the other one is something form the US.

    I wouldn't advice you to do that because western union is not safe and if it turned out that the seller is a scammer then you on your own, while with paypal, transactions can be monitored !

W.U. is banned from ebay as it is unsafe for the Buyer, if you get scammed you will lose your money. Paypal is safe for a Buyer
