Where can I find a part-time job in southern Ohio?

Why is it so hard to find a job in South Euclid Ohio?

• I have a job and I've been at my current job for 4 years now. And I'm thinking it's about time to find another job to go along with my current job, however I'm hearing from a few friends that it is insanely difficult to find a job. One of my friends applied to a whole bunch of locations and she doesn't get one call, and when she does call they tell her that they'll give her a call and let her know and they never call. Another friend of mine is having the same problem, but she's come to the conclusion that the reason it's so hard is because most of the jobs are going to black people. Which I found insane but at the same time it really SHOULDN'T be that hard to find jobs so I began to suspect that maybe it's true. So my question is for those who live in Ohio or anywhere else, is it really that hard to find a job? Could it be true that most of the jobs are being given to black people or other "minorities"?

  It's hard to find a job because so many people are losing jobs and then they go looking for jobs and there is just not enough jobs for the people who are looking for them.
