Does Target hire full time?

I got offered a hardline seasonal job at target. *Target employees help*?

• Could you tell me what this job exactly entails? I know the job is only guaranteed until mid September. Target associates: What are the odds of getting hired for a part time position after the seasonal job expires? Should I apply for other jobs or bank on Target to hire me? Has anyone had this experience? I am a little frustrated because the interviewer for the job did not tell me it was seasonal until after I did the drug test and everything. Any first hand experience at Target would be best.

  If you are an extremely good employee, getting hired after the holiday season is possible. When I say extremely good, I mean, never call off and cover peoples shifts when they call you, do your work, get along with everyone, and don't do anything stupid. Pretty much be their bi*ch. You will probably be working alot of hours and it will be a crazy time where you will probably be running around like your head is cut off. If you've never had a job before, than go with this if you are already hired and boast your reputation but if you have better job opportunity, than go with that.
