Does anyone no what Dillards return policy is on jewelry (watch)?

  • I purchased a watch from Dillard's 16 days ago i have never worn it and its still in the box and i have the receipt a paid for it. On the back of the receipt it says you can return an unused item wit hen 30 days. The reason i am asking is for some reason i think she may of told me because it is a watch you only get 7 days but i cant remember if the sales lady told me that or not. The watch cost me over 400 and i have no interest in it. Anyone no any thing about the return policy at dillards i would call them now but there closed.

    Perhaps you should give more thought to your future purchases. Not really a good idea to tell the lady that you "have no interest" in your new watch, otherwise she may think you are a little odd.
