I need to find out the company name to accept collect calls on my cell phone, for, Corcoran Prison in CA.?

My boyfriend is in California State Corcoran Prison and i need to find out the telecommunication company that takes care of the collect calls. So that my man can call me collect on my cell phone. I know I have to set up a pre-paid account first, but with who?

MCI handles the phone contract for Corcoran, but will not set you up a pre-paid account for calls to a cell, because it's not allowed by the prison for inmates to call a cellphone. There are other solutions to this problem, look here for more information http://www.prisontalk.com
