No! They are closed to observe the holiday and will resume operations on tuesday...unless you have express mail being send with next day delivery then they have to deliver it on that day, just like any other holiday!

I received a package today from USPS. So yes, some services are available on Martin Luther King day.

Most all Retail outlets will be closed, and most all delivery will not be operating, except for Express Mail. Processing and limited collections will still be going on however.
