EMS International Mail Service - how I can track our package?

• Hi! Good morning, we are one of your customer receiving package from Phils. send to U.S. my mom regularly send us things using your EMS International Mail service, Guagua Pampanga branch. Before we did not encounter any issue's regarding how to track our parcel cause we use the 13 character and a no. to track where the package is, did you change the combination of your tracking# w/c became 11 (4character and 7#) because we are not able to track anymore the shipment send by my mother it is already March 17, 2012 till now we do not know where it is cause the data is still not available. Please help! I can provide you the tracking # EE0468063PH hoping for your assistance. Thank you

  email philpost,since this did not originate in the USA, USPS will not be able help much,I also think package was sent using wrong tracking number style,since it does not list USA on the list of 50 that can check. I did search using http://ems.posindonesia.co.id/ and it comes back no EMS found, I doubt this package ever left the Philippines!
