Does sephora inside jcpenny get things the online store does eventually..?

I got a gift card to Sephora inside Jcpenny and it can't be used online. but what i want 'Sultra feather hair accent' , and i want it really really badly, isn't sold inside the store and ONLY sold online. so should i just spend my giftcard in there on other crap? or do you think it will eventually come in?

JCPenny will eventually get online items'', or you can always ask a store employee to Order in that items you wanted from Internet. into the local JCP Store you shop in..
