How to be a lawyer?

How do you find out if a lawyer is a good lawyer? How do you find out how many cases he/she has won/lost?

  • We are trying to hire a criminal lawyer in California and we need to know how to find out if a lawyer is good or not. I would like to know of any websites that tell of lawyers court history - how many cases have been won, how many cases have been lost and how many years of trial expierence.

Send your friend to him. Tell your friend to tell the lawyer that he has commited a serious offence & he wants to hire him. If he he says no (You say yes to him), if he says yes (you say No). As far as no. of cases won is concerned, it is directly propotional to the no. of junior lawyers he has kept.

ask the local court secretary's---they know the pros and cons of each---ask them who they would use and that would probly be the best choice.
