New to D.C and need help looking for jobs. where should i look?

  • hey, i am an 18 year old white male who is new to the city of Washington dc. i am attending the George Washington university part time and renting an apartment. the problem is that i am having trouble finding work and my rent deadline is closing in. i have experience waiting tables, serving and prep work in restaurants, operating heavy machinery (off road dump truck, backhoe,) also i have experience in factory work ( i made tires at a tire factory). i have tried the internet with no luck. where should i go to look for work?

Try going through a temp agency like: Ranstad, or NRI.....just google temp agencies in Washington DC and you'll get a broader list of them.....They have temporary to permanent positions...
