What places hire people at 15?

Does anyone know places that hire people that are 15/16 in the st.louis area?

  Your best bets will be movie theaters, retail stores and restaurants. I know fast food is the first thing that comes to mind but my recommendation is to avoid fast food. There are more hazards for young, sometimes poorly trained employees in fast food than many other industries. If you live close to a mall, most of the retailers will hire younger employees. Also consider big box retailers and discount stores like Sam's Club, along with larger, name brand hotels and motels. If you wait until you turn 16, you won't need a work certificate but if you seek employment while still age 15, you will need to provide your employer with a State of MO Certificate to Employ a Child 14 or 15 Years of Age During Non-School Hours. This form is available on the MO Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's website. It has to be signed by the Superintendent of Schools in your district and also by your parents. This is a requirement of the State of MO Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
