Where can I get a job with an A+ and Network+ certification?

  if u want to do some certification for network admin job then, you should go for certification like mcse, ccna and scna. Its better to do certification online rather then going to any center. With online you can get authorized courseware as well as authorized mock tests, which later on help in solving real world problems....
