15 year old working 4 -5 hours minimum wage for a week?

    There are two problems with this. Companies cannot legally hire people under 16 because of child labor laws. Minimum wage only applies to people who are 18 or older, so the company can chose to pay less than minimum wage for 16 and 17 year olds. Minimum wage right now is about $8 per hour in most states so if you work 20 hours a week you would have $160. After subtracting taxes (soc. security and income taxes) you will probably end up with about 140 bucks. You do get the income taxes back when you file taxes as long as you are making less than $5000 per year. ($280 in two weeks)
