Does anyone know a good acting agency around st. louis?

Does anyone know of any good acting/modeling agencies in St.Louis, Mo or around it?

I am looking for an agency that does not ask for any money in the beginning. NO SCAMS! I am looking for an agency that hooks people up with auditions and/or jobs and makes money by taking a percentage of the earnings. I live about 10 minutes away from St.Louis and 4 hours away from Chicago. I am willing to travel. Does anyone know a non-scamming agency around here?!?
