Charter has fiber infrastructure from their head-end offices to their local hubs but they use coaxial cable to the customer. Verizon is not an option in St. Louis. AT&T has a combined fiber and copper network. They take fiber into the subdivisions and place an electronics cabinet then use the existing cable to get to the customer.

I would think the best source for this would be Charter Communication. Either a phone call or a look at their web site. I don't believe that they do, but they would be the ones that could best answer your question. ~

Charter is very bad service i have them for year not by choice because they are the only one who provide services and they are sucks.
