Are there non-Chexsystems banks in Washington State?

Non-chexsystems banks in Washington State (preferably eastern Washington)?

• Are there any banks or credit unions in Washington State and in particular ones in eastern Washington that are non-Chexsystems? I've tried really hard to find them but have no luck. If they are in western Washington, that's fine too but if there's one in the eastern part, it would be very awesome to know.

  If you have bad luck with banks, you can try a few different things. First, try Bank of America. They actually don't care as long as you don't owe them money. Try signing up online at their website. If you are a little afraid of banks, try a local check cashing place. A lot of times they have those prepaid cards there and it's free to actually get your direct deposit from work on it.
