Where can I find a good bay area event space rental place?

Bay Area event space rental for dance party ? I'm looking for a place in the San Francisco Bay Area to hold a birthday party for about 150 or so people. Age limit is 18+ Maybe a community center or an under 18/21 nightclub? Nothing too fancy. Preferably in San Francisco, Oakland, Emeryville, the east bay mostly. I know this doesn't really belong in this section, but I didn't know where else to put it.

Walnut Creek has many night clubs. You just have to look or ask around. most of them have space to hold your 150 or so peeps.
