What are some good volunteer places in San Francisco?

I'm in the 7th grade. This summer, I need to get 8 hours of community service. Does anyone know some places in San Francisco that a 13 year old can volunteer? Besides the zoo/SPCA. Thanks in advance!

You should contact the Volunteer Center of San Francisco where you can search their database of volunteer opportunities for different age groups. The Golden Gates National Parks Conservancy also has many all ages volunter programs (habitat restoration, park clean-ups, etc.) if you are interested in environmental and outdoor opportunities.
