I am looking for a day spa around the bay area CA w/ a great atmosphere but doesn't cost an arm and a leg!?

I could go anywhere from Sacramento to San Francisco and anywhere in between. I am looking for a place that has a relaxing atmosphere, massages, scrubs and preferably a spa or baths that isn't going to cost be a HUGE amount of money, I realize spa days can be expensive I am just looking for the best deal.
