Does UPS deliver on Saturdays for San Antonio Texas?

it said it would come on 3/17/09 but last time i ordered a package i got it early, so i think this might happen with this package, so does UPS deliver on Saturdays for free.

UPS delivers on Saturdays only if a premium (add'l $12.50) was paid and it was an air delivery Ground and 3 Day Select pkgs are not delivered on Saturday
