What are the construction companies in San Antonio, TX?

I live in San Antonio, TX. Years ago, Hildebrand Ave. was under construction. Anyone remember this? Need info.

I am looking for articles or any info regarding a construction project that took place several years ago in San Antonio, TX. The street was Hildebrand. Many business closed down because the road was destroyed. I am looking for stats on this project: How long it took. How many businesses were affected, etc. Thanks.

Suggest you contact the City or Country highway department under San Antonio Gov Basically the work took too darn long (about 4 yrs) and alot of good Mom and Pop businesses closed. This is one street I stay off as much as I can as its still a pain in the wheel to drive. IH-10 E & W thru that area is "STILL" (sorry) under construction and not expected to be done for about 2 more years. I-10 & 410 interchange is a nightmare. The city is growing too fast but our highways will never ketchup. S.A. is starting to look like Austin and Dallas with all its skyways.
