Im into jap style tatts n i want my tat to look like jap art wrk. anyone know where a bomb *** artist n SATX?

  If you are going to have the entire upper half of your body done, you'll want the best. That means going out and interviewing artists to see who has the best style to meet your eye. It may be that you have to travel to get one, but do not settle for anything less than what you want since your great grand kids will be commenting on whether or not the art work is good. Shop around and do not be afraid to ask questions.
